looks exactly like eric carl's very hungry caterpillar. i want to like your work but am worried that you don't understand the difference between being inspired by someones work and palagarism.
Hello Anonymous. It was indeed heavily inspired by Eric Carl's wonderful book. I just did it as a tribute and a bit of experimentation. I wouldn't ever pass it off as entirely original work. I was just having fun. The little boy on the planet was also based off the cover of Oliver Jeffers fine new book "The Way Back Home". Perhaps I should say which ones are inspired/fan-art, and which are purely my own work. I had done before. The blog was set up mainly as a way to back up my work, it's not really intended for the public at large.
